The best method is to create a website or a Blog explaining the scheme. There are plenty of free website hosting services. Even in the offers section there is the Intuit and Homestead 30 day free trials. So you can kill 2 birds with one stone, complete your offer for free and setup a website at the same time. I would certainly recommend these offers to US/Canada members as they are both free ones you can complete.
Other free website creating alternatives are Weebly, 000Webhost, Word Press.
Exceem
I have found this site extreemly helpful. It is a forum of other like minded freebie hunters. There are forums with referral tips, website design help. The owners of FreebieJeebies, the scheme I am recommending post regularly and moderate their own forum on this site.
Others
Other popular methods are posters and business cards. Vistaprint have on offer for 250 free business cards. The best advice I can give is be imaginative.
